APW - Howard Keystone, Railroad Chronometer, Series 11, 21J, 16S, gold-filled OF original Howard swingout case with signature ring within rear, white enamel SS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, satin nickel finish, s#1182735. Comes with its original Howard box and matching paperwork bearing correctly matched movement and case serial numbers. A superb example throughout, with rarely seen original box.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright plates with few scattered micro-fine scratches, few minuscule specks of oxide to winding wheels; nearly flawless dial with only a few fine surface scratches, few negligible edge flakes under bezel; nearly mint hands of mismatched styles; case shows hardly any wear, some short fine scratches to rear, group of pinprick nicks to rear near edge at 9, no dents; tight bow, crown shows very little wear; good glass crystal; box in excellent condition, some mild fabric tearing and loss at corners.
